Services for Young Adults
Career Skills Development
Entering the working world can be scary. Understanding your disability is key. Once you know how your diagnosis affects you, you can take steps to overcome it. Our coaching services focus on enhancing your self-advocacy skills and using your unique talents to succeed in your career.
College Advising
Special Education services in high school and college are very different. Many of the services students receive in high school aren't offered in the majority of colleges. Adapting to this significant change and the higher level of academic rigor can be a challenge for many students. To overcome this obstacle, we offer personalized college advising sessions to help young adults make informed decisions about their future education. Whether it's selecting the right college for your needs, figuring out how to seek help on campus, or working on your executive functioning and time management skills, we would be more than happy to assist you!
Self Advocacy and Executive Functioning Training
One of the most important skills to have in the post-secondary world is being able to effectively ask for help when you need it. Our advocacy services empower young adults to advocate for themselves, ensuring they have the necessary support to succeed.
